The gore level in this book is definitely too high. But if you can live with it, the story is great with some really surprising turns.

I hopped over from "Dungeon Crawler Carl" and thought I could do something dark- but I was wrong. This is a study in - and fascination with- torture, struggle and continuing on despite cruelty happening everywhere. It is still very well written and read, but you might need some darker curiosity than mine to finish this piece in one sitting.

Amazing ending I loved it.
The performance does make it much more captivating.
I can not see it end any other way. It also surprised me at several twists of the story.
Best Survival-Horror-LitRPG I can think of, and since it is a stand alone book it trumps most of the LitRPGs I know.

I expected a fun gorefeast and what I got was a fantastic survival horror thriller with well fleshed out characters, good humor and some real emotional scenes. I loved this!

While the theory of Kajiu's begin on the good(?) side is a neat idea, and healing them sounds cool. That's not what this story is about.
This is absolute Torture Porn. And sounds like a Supervillain backstory.

A very dark, gruel but unique story that contains a lot of blood, death and gore. But I liked it very much and I think I am just as sick as the author :D
I don't recommend, if you can't sleep after watching horror and gore.

It's violent, sadistic and filled with disgusting flesh abominations. My favorite character was Banksy. I can definitely recommend this book If you are into Horror or like LitRPG.
