The story is great so far although a little bit heavy I hope this will at least lessen again somewhat in the books to come.
Characters are well written and interesting.
Narration is on point but I would enjoy for the Narrator not to fasten up her speech that much in action heavy scenes but this is just my preference and not really bothering me that much so I can overlook it quite easily.
All in all a great start and I will definitely follow the series along.

In my opinion many LitRPG-books are not well balanced between storydevelopment and the fighting-parts.
In this book we have a broad story with a lot of different lokations and settings and development, without them feeling to short or to long. And there is a relatable MC, who doesen´t feel like a psycho, creep or not a human being at all.
You get the feeling, that you have heard a good book with a good story and you are satisfied and then you look at the timer and can see, that you have 10 more hours to go and this makes you happy...
The fightscenes are good written and serve a storytellingpurpose.
In a lot of LitRPG the fights serve little purpose storywise and it does not make a difference if you skip them. They feel like a dry try to spice things up and it fails most of the time. It feels like they are just there to hide the fact, that the mainplot is short and there is no actual development. Here I really liked the fights and they don´t make up 60% of the book.
The narrator is really good too and she makes it easy for you, to emerge in the story.
I just finished this book and I wished, I could experience it for the first time again or the next part would be available now...
