About the series: This is a mix between LitRPG and xianxia. It's like a car that looks like a LitRPG with dungeons and skills, but the interior and engine are all xianxia. It features a magic system and progression system that are logically and internally consistent, as well as realistic fight scenes and a rational MC.

I had the books already.
I already had all 3 books but since I wanted to listen to them again I bought this bundle. I have to say I think the bundle is worth it for the side story alone, not even considering the 3 normal books which I have listened to multiple times now.

Nice complete story
The narration is very well executed.
When it comes to the story I will be the first to say it takes getting used to. In the initial 15 chaps I didn't really feel all that interested, only after a while did the story get me wrapped up, especially since it has like 75 hours of listening time.
Some decisions I wasn't really happy with, which happens with all books, one had me pleasantly surprised, I was dreading an uninteresting arc when they were dragged into something against their own will. The arc after that was by far the best one yet and I'm happy for proving me wrong.
When it comes to the characters they are all around very well made. The little ice cream being one of my favourites. The MC could use a bit more backbone, but it was doable. If only Luna were to disappear I would be

Pretty Bad
There is really not much to like here.
The characters are one dimensional, there is no strife or conflict of any sort, no character development, the dialogues are mostly awkward and sometimes cringey, the book is filled with pointless, inconsequential fights and there is no world building.
I stopped after around 10h because I couldn't take it anymore. All in all it is pretty bad.
