We are able to follow a real group of friends playing a MMORPG and I enjoy every second.

This is my first true LitRPG, and it was very enjoyable. The writing isn't always top-tier, but the world and characters are great. Travis Baldree was amazing as always. Looking forward to listening to the next book!

Interesting world, enjoyable characters

I really liked this book because the main character is smart, but not perfect, and sometimes his less stellar decisions influence the storyline. In fact knowing this, some of the things he did kept me constantly wondering how things will play out in the long run, and I liked that.
There is also a good chunk of humor in this story. So if you looked at the cover and thought "nah, looks pretty dark and earnest" I can confidently tell you that that is not the case.

Ich mag das Buch, ich mag den Sprecher. Klar, die Ausrüstungsbeschreibungen sind lang, aber das Ausrüstungssystem ist im Detail okay, die Kämpfe sind angenehm kurz. Die Story eines "Rich Losers" ist auch ein bisschen was anderes und Frank ist angenehm.

Im always abit sceptic with litrpgs and the description blurb didn't really seem appealing but please give at least the sample a try and see if you like it.

Once i got started i couldnt stop listening. I loved the performance, very clear and easy to listen to.
This is as far as i know the first published book of Kyle Kirrin and its a great start! I cant wait for the next entry in this series.
