Wonderful
This book gets 5 stars for the last two chapters alone, they are magnificent and very inspiring! The audible version should have clickable sub-chapter headings for the second-to-last chapter though, they are sorely missing

Best systems theory book!
THE introduction to systems theory, thinking and navigating complex (adaptive) systems. Especially the part on the hierarchy of systems' leverage points (e.g., no paradigms as the ultimate impact level) is eye-/mind-opening.

A seminal book on systems theory
This is THE introductory book about systems theory and its practical applications. It also contains a chapter on how to use or better live the wqy systems theoretics look at the world.

Changed the way I see systems
A great book for systems thinking starter. It takes you on an easily understandable journey towards complex systems thinking.
Highly recommend it.
As a developer it helped me break down problem into first principles.

Großartig
Eine kluge Lehrerin, die komplexe Zusammenhänge einfach erzählt. Und das alles war schon 1994 klar. Danke dafür einen großen Teil meines Weltbildes so gut zu erklären.

Interesting
The book is interesting, and very well read, but I don't feel like I've gained much useful knowledge overall.
Much of it feels like a more complicated way to say: "Think things through and consider the motivations of different actors in a system you're observing".
