The most important book I have read so far!

I highly recommend this book to everyone wanting to grow old and stay healthy. My wife and I have talked about this quite frequently over the course of the past few months. For various reasons.
I am now more optimistic than ever that this can actually be achieved. Especially the "stay healthy" part. Thanks to the information I have now attained after reading this wonderful book. I cannot express enough my gratitude to the authors for their ongoing work and lifelong battle for a more healthy living and their service to mankind.
Two things I have identified that I can do to express my gratitude: 1) I have changed my diet to a "whole food, plant based" diet. For some 5 months now I am a happy and extremely energised vegan. 2) I have shared - and will continue to do so for as long as I will live - my new knowledge with my environment; mostly by example, as this proves to be less threatening and resistance-provoking.

Sehr informativ und wissenschaftlich fundiert

Wer sich mit pflanzlicher Ernährung beschäftigt kommt um Dr. T. Colin Campbell einfach nicht herum. Diese Neuauflage seines Bestsellers ist kein einfacher Nachdruck in dem ein anderes Vorwort oder ein paar Statistiken aktualisiert wurden, es ist fast schon ein neues Buch, da er auf intelligente Weise die Erkenntnisse seiner Arbeit und neue Erkenntnisse verbindet und das ganze mit persönlichen Anekdoten und aktuellen Entwicklungen verbindet. Kurzum: Absolut lesenswert.

Very comprehensive book

This book was very inspirational, explaining in a very comprehensive way why government, academia and industry influence the ever-presence of a nutrition based on meat and diary products. The book also explains how a plant-based whole foods diet can help people to cure common western diseases.

Must read!

Amazingly eye opening, provides answers to why do we lose our loved ones prematurely. I now understand why my father died and what to do to avoid the same date myself. This should be compulsory reading in every school!
