Gilbert's new book is very encouraging to be creative and daring and it teaches us how to deal with criticism. Be it self-inflicted or coming from the world around us. A wonderful pep talk for anyone who feels stuck in realizing their dreams.

Usually I'm not a fan of (celebrity) authors reading their own books. There are professionals who tend to be better at that job. Yet as it turns out Elizabeth Gilbert has a very pleasant voice and delivers a great speech.

I loved every word of this book, i didn't want it to be over. It felt that when ever i am listening to it as if i am having a wise conversation with a friend that is not trying to teach me stuff because she thinks she knows better of that she had figured all out, but a conversation about life and how life can be lived creatively without having to be in the art industry even.. thank you for sharing this with us..

sadly, not what I have been hoping to find - since I am beyond that point already. would have loved to have found this book a few years ago. nice story, easy to listen too and inspiring.
