For the Khagan!
Chris Wright manages to let the White Scars and Jaghatai Khan stand out and be different but not by not fitting in with the other legions but by being strongly influenced by the chogorian culture and believes. The usually not so pronounced chogorian ways are implemented smoothly and in a subtle way so it is not annoying or feels like the author is beating a dead horse. Jonathan Keeble is just a legend as voice actor and the Horus Heresy will probably make him immortal for most Warhammer Fans!
