2nd edition ao be aware!
This book has been already published and the adjustments are minor! If you have the first edition already (as I do) you can comfortably skip this one. Nevertheless the adjustments are good to keep the oberall story arch in line.

Good entry to new 40k, post Horus Heresy
had a break in between, but finished strong. the first half may drag a little with world building, yet necessary. the second half takes off fairly well.

sehr spannendes Buch
die Geschichte spielt in M41 und erzählt von guilliman der sich auf den Weg nach ultramar macht um sich gegen die Pläne deines Bruders zu Verteidigen. der Leser hat eine klare gut verständliche Stimme der meiner Meinung nach leicht gefolgt werden kann.

Really strong start into the continuing lore
This novel focuses on showing the inner conflict of an heir to a mostly stagnant but slowly decaying Imperium. Smartly written, believable, also providing more insight to the Primaris distribution and even a human perspective.
