Damien’s new streaming career is in tatters.

Am relevantesten
Lots of character development but the author makes his characters work for it. If you are like me and struggle to get through the drama, I can only say it gets better at some point and then its worth it.

I really liked the story. It is a worthy sequel. But it was oh so frustrating that Damien conveniently gets hit with the stupid stick so often to artificially make matters worse for him for the moment. This is bad writing. It would be so much more satisfying to see him get deeper in trouble despite his best effort. But no - rather just let him be stunned unreasonably long, oversee something glaringly obvious or just have him act plain recklessly. This does not fit him being so deliberate in other places.
There is the other extreme in the finale: all momentum of the situation and story lost by endless navelgazing (5 minutes of thoughts in the span of 25 storytime seconds. literally.) to have him act unreasonably stupid nonetheless. It was SO frustrating to listen to that.
Especially having this climax at the very end pulled the experience down for me. Still, all in all very entertaining. I will listen to the next part that is put in motion in the epilog - after this part of the story had been completed without cliffhangers.

Very avg. Litrpg book, nothing really special, i enjoyed listening to it, but compared to the really good Litrpg out there, it is missing quite a lot. Really did not like the frequent change of perspective away from the MC .
