Any interaction with anyone other than the demon or the badger seems to be written from a perspective of a 14yo boy. For the love of god, let him be a man. He was 40, marries, had kids. The way he interacts shows him as either a 40yo virgin, inexperienced 14yo boy or an old, senile and impotent geezer. It's cringe af.
The litrpg parts is absolutely genious. Dialogs with demon are extremely funny. Great character progression. Slow but steady buildup. Exploration. RTS. But the interactions with women... Omfg. If the author has 0 experience in this department... just drop it altogether and focus on what you do best -litrpg.

compared to the previous books this storry is not as imaginative. also at some spots inconsistant to previozs books. the time jumps makes it especially anoying to listen to. often i caught myself jumping back a minute to see if i spaced out....

the story is flatter and inconsistent

Jim is less stupidly suicidal in this book, unfortunately it is still bad at building on its own background. And it gets increasing vague what kind of benefits the unbound perk gives besides the original class choice. All other special powers of Jim are from his multiclassing and singular overpowered (but supposedly normal) skills.

Still fun enough, if flat.

The Mc is a fucking potato. Running around like a headless chicken .
Im sick of him. Not knowing the rules of the New world he is in seriously, Book 3 and he has no idea how anything works.
Nothing romantic is going on. Everytime he comes in contact with a new woman he starts thinking about his old Wife which we know nothing about .
Shard is not funny, insulting the Mc at any opertunity.
Its just anoying as hell .
