Ich kann dieses Hörbuch nur empfehlen!
Das Buch hat mich vieles gelehrt.
Man muss beim lesen einfach ehrlich zu sich selbst und offen sein.
klar, vieles ist intuitiv aber man wird sich deren Wichtigkeit erst bewusst wenn man sich mit diesen Themen auseinaneersetzt.

sooooo goood...a final wake up call for me...
this audiobook taught me something that i already knew... but it was read with so much passion und good examples... it opened my eyes and got me things done finally... häget your asses up and do something about it... you are going to die... life your life... no regrets... thanky you for everything gary:-)

A Bible
This book explains you everything that went wrong in your your life every bad feeling every excuse and of course why it happens.
How to change? Up to you.
It is not nice and gentle it is like a push right in the guts followed by an uppercut. But it wakes you up. Or at least it woke me up.

reminds on Castaneda's warrior mood
Firstly, the speaker is hilarious and fun to listen to.
Secondly, the speaker is the author. Which most of the time is nothing to be recommended, but in this case it works very well.
Thirdly, the content he is presenting, the ideas he is selling, remind me in Castaneda's Warrior mood.
Take nothing for granted, take action, don't nurture expectations, take your death into account - all of these advices and ideas can be found in the teachings of Don Juan Matus from Carlos Castaneda's books.
And as which such - what makes them work is all of these simple techniques working together.
So, summary, it's a book worth reading and listening to and one to have fun with.

Great in general
Love that he put his emotions on it, like he was telling at me and asking me to wake up. it made me think thoroughly.
only complaint I have is that, he repeated himself way too much. sometime it got annoying.

Groundbreaking.
7 personal assertions that will make you reflect on your life and understand that you are the only one that can improve your life and determined action is the only way to get you there.
Anyone who gave this a bad rating, saying this is "basic information, nothing new" is either already living a very successful life and therefore doesn't need this book or hasn't applied or even tried the principles described in this book and therefore angrily leaves a bad rating because nothing has changed in their miserable life. They probably expected some magic fucking pill to get them out of their shithole. There is no such thing. The recipe to a successful and good life is very simple, but it's not easy.
This book gave me the relentless drive and energy that I was lacking before because I wasn't aware of these very basic but infinitely valuable principles described in this book. It was the spark that made me start an advanced education in my profession, sort out my personal belongings and move into a new house which I have been procrastinating on for years.
Straight to the point. No bullshit. Absolute recommendation.
