There's a new and faster way of anxiety relief, but few have ever heard it. Most people are advised to either just "manage" their anxiety or medicate it away.
If you're tired of just managing your anxiety and want a powerful natural solution, then apply the DARE technique, as explained in Barry McDonagh's latest book.
Based on hard science and over 10 years of helping people who suffer from anxiety, Barry McDonagh shares his most effective technique in this new book. The DARE technique can be used by everyone, regardless of age or background, to live lives free from anxiety or panic attacks.
In this step-by-step guide, you will discover how to:
- Stop panic attacks and end feelings of general anxiety
- Face any anxious situation you've been avoiding (driving, flying, shopping, etc.)
- Put an end to anxious or intrusive thoughts
- Use the correct natural supplements to relieve anxiety
- Boost your confidence and feel like your old self again
- Fall asleep faster and with less anxiety each night
- Live a more bold and adventurous life again

Just what you need
If you're willing to challenge yourself and accept to be knocked down from time to time
This philosophy will shift your reality in weeks
This is modern age kind of thinking where it answered every question I had about anxiety and gave me the belief to change my ways
Absolutely loved it
Thx Barry

Great book that can be a game changer
This book is incredible. I love the concept of not managing but healing the dare response. It has already helped me so much.

Personal approach - repetitive
Not enough scientific facts. Few ideas spread throughout the entire book.
Sounds like support group talk or consoling story that your family or friends would give you when in bad shape.
Did not meet my expectations at all
Would not recommend for people interested in acquiring knowledge

Not bad
Besides the author whistling every time he pronounces 'it', the idea is to face the anxiety and treat it like a harmless little barking dog.

For people with an anxiety disorder, not for every day anxiety
Popular American style book, repeating everything twenty times. Saying what the listener wants to hear, rather than something with actual content. Very good in self-praise, too. I stopped after the first chapter.

Helpful
I really liked it, I think part of the science behind the dare response can be find in the book "How emotions are made" by Lisa Feldman. My conclusion... When we don't know how to classify something that we're feeling, we don't know what to do... We try our best to classify it (unconsciously) and since we lack of a concept to associate with those sensations... Then something has to be wrong and ansiety starts. What I took from this book is that those sensations are natural of the human body... Wellcome them, they will regulate you if you allow them to be =)
