Excellent combination of theory and practice

Everything written in this book is based on science. Most of the things you will read are not necessarily new but it's explained differently and really well summed up. Also there are a lot of tips to build habits with very detailed tutorials and examples.
Right now I am thinking this might be the best book I've ever read about this topic.
Very well done and clearly a reading recommendation for everyone.

How to guide to success

This is a great book. This is not a motivational blah-blah book but a how to guide. I tried the strategy and it works. It is also well written, read by author, very pleasant book to listen to.

Very concise and actionable

This is certainly not the only „self help“ book out there on habits, but I found it very concise in terms of framework, integrating all thoughts and ideas into an actionable system, including maintenance and review perspective. The author is credible and authentic. Speaking voice all good, but sometimes using the same techniques a bit too much, but hey, again, overall great audio book.
