Generally, there is some valuable information that everyone could use in this audiobook. 3 key learnings of mine.

1. If the concept of time wouldn’t exist, we would no longer be suffering. Loosen the concept of time as it keeps you in a cycle of suffering.

2. Surrender completely with acceptance of inner unease.

3. You are not your mind, you are not your thoughts (practical tips included).

One thing I do have to say about this book is that Eckert Tolles voice is a little difficult to listen to as it is pretty monotonous. Also, this book requires on huge paradigm shift of everything in your life - which can also be scary but also liberating!

An incredible and insightful dive into the connection between mind and spirit. a truly transformative read. I have read now 2 times and I am sure will keep coming back to it. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to spiritually grow and simply take the first steps I to letting go.
