It's a real pleasure to see Prate Aba progress as a writer and having Andrea Parsneau giving live to all these interesting characters. It is a really satisfying journey, also seeing how the story and characters evolve with every book.
I always feel tempted to also start reading these books online, too: Especially when I finished another audiobook. Did so with #4 and ended up halfway through #5 online and then re-hearing the story.
The story has so many facets and, compared to the first two or three books, the RPG part seems to be more in the background. This gives all characters some more breathing room for their personal "evolution" and all the arking sidestories/characters are really entertaining.
Even though Erin seems to always find her way out of the strangest or most devastating situations, it's not getting old. And you're easily falling in love with these lovingly created and developed characters.

This book was again a Masterpiece from the voice actor and especially from the Author!!! <3

Wer bis hierher gehört hat, ist eh süchtig nach dem Universum des Wandering Inn. Und somit sind die Bewertungen natürlich auch nicht wirklich neutral :D :D... Ich finde die Geschichte manchmal spannend, manchmal überraschend, und mg manchmal ist es mir zuviel Herumgekämpfe. Aber insgesamt liebe ich die Geschichte(n). In der Tiefe geht es letztlich auch um Rassismus und das Hinterfragen des eigenen Standpunktes auf viele Dinge, die uns in unserer 'realen' Welt begegnen. Auch wenn die Geschichten sich um Menschen, Drakes, Goblins und Antinnium drehen und leicht dahinplätschern.

Es gibt noch viel zu erzählen - wie es mit Goblins und Menschen weitergeht, was alles noch mit Salices Brustschild angestellt wird, was die wahren Ziele der Antinnium sind, wann sich die beiden Spieler des magischen Schachbrettes einmal begegnen, und wie sich die Herrschaft des Unseen Empire und die des King of Destruction entwickeln wird.

Wer bis jetzt gehört hat, ist eh süchtig.

The Wandering Inn ist eine meiner liebsten Litrpg Serien überhaupt. Eine wunderbar fesselnde Handlung die zusammen mit der talentierten Sprecherin ganz oben auf jede Audible Wunschliste gehört. Ich hoffe die nächste Folge wird nicht zu lange auf sich warten lassen.
