My favourite parenting book
I am very satisfied with the content. The strong focus on the US appears unnecessary for me and gives away some of the books potential. This does not affect the books value, though.

Refreshing.
Refreshing in terms of the concepts presented by comparison with the traditional parenting practiced in America or eastern European countries. I think the Danish way of approaching family and childhood time is similar to the Montessori method and in parts, with the French way of educating your children.
I disliked the third person addresing of the author. It is at times confusing and weird to hear "Jessica did, Jessica realized" as if she was not the one writing the book. However, the ideas presented are easy to follow and to make them your goals, especially since the practical examples resonate with the majority of parents.
The best part is that even after reading numerous books on how to raise a happy child and maximize their potential, after finishing this book you still feel there was something new you found out and listening to/ reading it was worthwhile.

Too much filler
Soo much filler and blabla I didn‘t enjoy this at all. They repeated the same things, very stretched out. Could have been said in a blog post.
