The book is insoghtful contains a lot of actionable ideas and approaches to longevity. However, one chapter of it (on emotional health) is absolutely terrible and a chore to listen to. It would be better if Dr Attia would abstein from including that boring ramblings and bittersweet ruminations into his book altogether. It contributes little to overall theme of a book and absolutely derails the otherwise scientific narrative.
