Ein absolutes Muss!
Dies ist in meinen Augen eines der besten Bücher, die jemals zum Thema Geburt geschrieben wurden!
Es erklärt sehr gründlich und anschaulich, was hormonell während einer Geburt geschieht, welchen Einfluss äußere Gegebenheiten und medizinische Interventionen haben und es vertritt glaubhaft die These, dass Geburt nicht nur ein schmerzfreies/-armes, sondern sogar ein freudiges, lustvolles Erlebnis sein kann. Zwischendrin finden sich Tipps, die ich so noch in keinem anderen Buch gefunden habe.

great book about the spiritual path into motherhood. about the unbelievable goddess power of us women, when we give birth & how pleasurable & beautiful, how empowering & reassuring us in our confidence to do anything birth can be & is supposed to be, if we take the lead! just beautiful. highly important information about what we need to know, how we can prepare, what is important on the spiritual empowering path from maiden to mother. wonderful touching quotes from women about their births, beautifully written & spoken. i read the book half-way through & since i could not put it aside, but had to clean up the house, i bought the audio too. superhighly recommended. and i'm not easy to please & quite experienced in the field of therapy through breathing, body and soul, aswell as i read many books about pregnancy. i'm sure, my husband will find many parts interesting and preparing too! enjoy reading & have a wonderful birth experience & loving family time :) !!!

Doesn't really focus on the actual birth
disappointed as this tells everything about pregnancy and the time after except focusing on the actual birthing process.
couldn't finish as also the voice of the speaker was annoying me
