They’ve just been biding their time. The Ritualist’s return triggers a retaliation years in the making, but they’ve made one major mistake....

Who in their right mind comes up with the idea of putting hour long ads for other books at the end of their audiobook.

It's the usual Joe not always acting like the brightest candle but fun nonetheless. Sadly without a proper party giving him lip and more like interchanging party members it feels strangely less dynamic in conversations. He meets the old crew but only for small views on how they are doing in life.

Overall to all who made it this far in the series I can recommend it but be aware of the 1 hour long advertisment.

All in all ok, I guess. While not as fun as the first books, its still fun to listen. If I directly compare it, for example to the second book, it looses. Somehow this book is longer, but there is less happening. It is a little unsatisfying, cause it feels like the autor hasn't given it his best shoot.
Also: One hour of advertisement of his new other book in the end. Seriously!?
Maybe focus more on quality over quantity, Mr Banks. Than that wouldn't be necessary. Minus one Star.

Cool story twists, old friends and enemies… very entertaining and very good voice acting! Loved it!

It’s going back to the roots of the series, lots of progression, big fights, cool characters and we see a few old friends, absolutely loved it.
The only issue is that it’s too short
