    I am sadly disappointed

    After hearing the obesity code (dr fung), which I really loved I thought that could be the real guide to fasting. Unfortunately most of the audiobook are success stories from random patients, and quotes from " All Star fasting celebrities". I would prefer if I could get more information for each regimen, instead of referring to the attached PDF, which I have to find first. The book was not structured and informations were constantly repeating. Although I would definitely recommend the obesity code, I definitely do not recommend this audiobook.

    repetitive

    The book is rather repetitive and a seems like a collection of disorganized success stories. It does not even remotely compare to Dr. Fung's book "the obesity Code" which is full of studies and very impressive.

    Holly Grail of fasting books.

    This is the best explanatory book for fasting I have ever read or listened to. It's so informative and motivating! Loved it!

    little bit too much details, but the rest of it was really easy to understand an very useful. I enjoyed it very much and it showed me what I can do from now on in order to change my health problems

    Interesting! Only the parhogenesis of T2DM...

    T2DM is mainly connected to insulin resistance which is based in eating too much animal fat...
