Very bloaded, slightly disappointing
hours (!) of basic " a closer does this, a Cleaner does this". its All about how the minder should be, combined with some anecdotes. this could be a good book as a concentrated Pamphlet as theres some useful Information. but if you watch any kobe documentary, you probably have most of the information you need. I exspected way more of this brilliant coach.

It's ok but I won't recommend it
First: I'm not disappointed or anything similar. The book is quite good but what's the takeaway in the end? I'm not sure about that. I got the concept but there's nothing where I can take action right away.

Vaguely interesting
The cleaner doesn’t listen to a book, he makes the book listen to him. The book is a vaguely interesting collection of basketball anecdotes. It’s a mere description of a) Tim Grover is the best and b) a cleaner is basically Chuck Norris.

Motivating but a bit redundant
Grover manages to describe ultra-competitive people (Cleaners) well and push them further. However, to me, the contents could be more to the point. There are lots of repetitions.
