With Alanah having ascended, Derek now has a favor to fulfill.

perfect as expected!
the invasion had some inconsistencies but nothing to decrease the overall quality. I can't wait for the next book, there are few authors to make time disappear like this. I just can't stop listening!

This series my be one of my favorites at the moment.
It is low stakes, so if someone doesnt like that, you might be disappointed. But the story and characters are interesting enough that you just are curious what is going to happen next!
An excellent continuation and an even more excellent narration from Adam Verner.

ich mag wenn es nicht nur Kämpfe und Entwicklung gibt. Es kann jedoch auch übertrieben werden. Es passiert einfach gar nix. Er nutzt seine Fähigkeiten kaum effekiv und da er eh schon über dem aktuellen System steht ist auch keine echte Herausforderung mehr da.

8h in the book, does this book ever get interesting?
Its incredibly bringt. Apart from two chapters dealing with the assassian Guido, those 8h were a total waste of time.
No character development, no suspense, no plot development - pure boredom.
The most boring part is the repetitive interactions when ingredients are delivered.
