Formidable Character Development and believable human interactions. MC is Smart, but sometimes just has political or Social skills that are above what his upbringing would Grant.

But I will add it to fav. series and look forward to the 2nd book.

Awesome MC and good Intro of the System, but..

the MC is instantly to overpowered.
he often does random super hard and super strong things and always learns ridiculus stuff on the flight.
the book has good ideas, but it fails to properly show the struggle to get better like DotF and Primal Hunter.

as the other comments suggested, the story is fine and has some depth for a litrpg series but the real age of the mc (13 stated at some point in the story) does not fit to his thoughts amd actions at all. He acts more like a war Veteran with extended gaming knowledge. Also his social skills and understanding of complex social interactions are uncanny for a child (which a 13 year old still is on my opinion).
If you can forget this setup and think of the mc as a ~30 ish Veteran character the Story makes more sense.
