The story, the narrator, all of it. Perfection. I even enjoyed the music sometimes used to accentuate the atmosphere!

After I liked the first part last year, I couldn't wait to read the second part or, better said, listen to an audio book. And I can only recommend you to listen to it as an audiobook because the sound effects in the hindrance simply give this book again because the horror effect that makes everything real. After the events in the first part I honestly didn't know what to expect but I am really surprised that it is no longer in the YA Adult area but is now Spicy and to be honest I liked that. I liked the relationship with both of them (Emilia and Wrath) they were so great together. Whenever they were together you could feel this connection and it was just fun to watch them try to hate each other but city food is completely different. I also liked the storyline in which direction it goes, I liked this even darker and mysterious part because we experience in the underworld. Overall, I was really surprised how good it was, I really had fun getting to know Emilia new side and especially Wrath was the star for me in this book, I'm really looking forward to the final part and what to expect.

starts right off where book 1 ends. Great tension building and keeps you guessing at the clues you are given.

I loved this book to pieces! It was beautifully written, full of magic and hot as hell itself! I absolutely recommend it.

Solide Fortsetzung, kann jedoch beim ersten Teil nicht mithalten. Etwas langatmig zwischendurch, aber die Grundpfeiler der Geschichte sind super. Dante’s Inferno lässt grüßen.

Dieses Hörbuch ist einfach ganz großes Hörbuch Kino!
Der Einsatz von Musik, Sound und anderen Effekten ist fantastisch und es macht so viel Spaß zu zu hören. Die Geschichte ist spannend, fesselnd und mitreißend wenn man gemeinsam mit der Protagonistin versucht das Rätsel um die wahrheit heraus zu finden. 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ Ist das Sahnehäubchen. Ich würde jedem empfehlen der das Buch gelesen hat das Hörbuch zu genießen! Der Rückblick am Anfang, fantastisch, richtig gut!

Die Sprecherin ist einfach nur klasse! Tolle Geschichte & hat die richtige Balance zwischen spicy Szenen und der eigentlichen Geschichte.

I very much enjoyed this audio book and the story. It's well thought through and the plot twists aren't too obvious, or not at all. Only thing that bugs me a little is the reader at times. I see why she does different voices for the various characters and it's by far not half as bad as other performers who sound downright ridiculous. However, some of the characters do have accents which, in my opinion, don't necessarily make a lot of sense. This is a personal opinion and negligible, of course.
