He is also a great speaker, reading his own book. Sometimes I found it a bit fast how he runs through and over loads of heavy duty words and topics but I also appreciate it from another perspective.
All in all I wish for quicker references there would be a condensed shorter version of this book, like the hardcore sum up as an add on maybe. Thats the skinny I can share about it. Enjoy listening, it is a deep ocean of ptacticle knowledge.

If you’re a beginner or if you are struggling with strength, endurance or with related health issues, try Ross Edgley’s “The fittest book in the world”. That will run you through all the basics according to science right now, and without all the negativity and overpersonalisation. Instead it delivers highly concentrated knowledge in a very entertaining format.
