    Valueable content, do not fear the reader!

    Good summaries of many different topics + new insights. Complete, practical & scientific, but entertaining. Put the speed to 1,15 and ignore the constant "PHD".

    Lots of technical knowledge

    Loves the scienrifical approach and myth debunking. The narrator is great, however, I think the best way to go is by printed book to make notes and easily go back to review certain points.

    Good Book but mediocre narrator

    I really liked the audiobook, it's a perfect summary of the most essential knowledge surrounding health and fitness improvement.
    Only criticism is the narrator. A little to monotonous voice which makes focused listening hard at times.
