    Distractions! Do they derail you or do you adapt quickly? Isthere such a thing as a planned distraction? We have good and bad distractions. Texting while driving, yep, even though it’s terrible we have all done it. Some people all the time. Staring at an open fridge looking for something to eat,distraction go outside walk for a few minutes. Distractions can create discomfort, stress, and uncertainty. How you handle them and how you are going to merge back into your mainstream.

    Distractions are everywhere. They surround us. We have somany that we aren’t even aware of half of them. Making dinner and someone asks you where something is, off you go, on the way you see something else that needs to be caried upstairs.
