The other 20% of the time you allow flexibility, treats, extra rest. Enjoy a few pleasures without guilt or shame.
80/20 rule for lifestyle change is powerful. Realizing that you aren’t perfect is the first part. 20% of the time you might be human. But applying this rule creates consistency, reduces guilt and negative mindset. Giving yourself 20% grace erases the failure part of our thinking. Thinking 80/20 helps alleviate stress, encourages more positive behaviors. It is starting to get harder and harder, maybe this 80/20 rule will help you finish out the holidays.
