Kann man sich anhören aber muss mir zwei mal überlegen ob ich den nächsten titel kaufen werde

For me personally, by far the best book in the series. I just couldn't stop listening. The balance between rand and side characters was great. Randindlys progression, interaction with other characters and the overall story were incredible. All the newly introduced characters are deep and interesting.

If you, for some reason, were thinking whether you should continue with the series or not and would care to trust a random person on the internet, you definitely should.

Some great things are waiting for us in the upcoming books in the series, that I'm sure of.

Es passiert einfach nichts. Der Ghosthound macht eigentlich gar nichts im ganzen Buch und die ganzen Nebengeschichten wirken zusammenhanglos und hölzern.
Dafür werden wir aber oft erinnert wie göttlich und toll der Ghosthound ist und wie schön seine stats steigen wenn er z.B. Inkognito eine Stelle als Schmelzer annimmt weil ihm einfach nichts besseres mit seinen unendlichen Möglichkeiten einfällt.
Es gibt auch unlogische Konflikte. Zum Beispiel flippt er jedes Mal innerlich aus wenn er einen Skill angeboten bekommt, weil seine Slots begrenzt sind. Allersings kann man skills einfach löschen wenn sie einem nicht gefallen also was soll das?
An einer Stelle warnt ihn sein unglaublich mächtiger Schicksalsskill sehr eindringlich davor, einen sehr seltenen Avatar-Skill (legendär!) abzulehnen. Statt ihn anzunehmen und auszuprobieren und wenigstens die Beschreibung zu lesen löscht er direkt seinen Schicksalsskill der ihm schon mehrfach das Leben gerettet hat damit er den anderen ablehnen kann ohne dabei Kopfschmerzen zu kriegen…

I really like the story as a whole, but in this book the author tried to do way too much and really didn't manage to complete anything at all. The MC spends his time doing what exactly and his soulbound companion proposes "marriage" to someone ... honestly I'm considering not reading/listening to the next book.. It's a real shame as it could have been as awesome as the first book ...
