You can easily tell that the authors have a lot of hands-on experience with successful change processes. Unfortunately, the book provides example after example and story after story without ever explaining the authors' theoretical framework in depth. I'm sure there would have been a lot to learn from Chip and Dan but the methods of this book were not really for me.

Eine Menge Beispiele werden geliefert aber eine richtig stimmige Anleitung für neue Probleme fehlt. Meine Empfehlung: hört lieber „Decisive“ von den gleichen Autoren.
