The Bible for anyone serious about weight training and training in generell. Wish I had known about it in my early 30's. Mark Rippetoe as the narrator with his dialect and humor makes listening to the Audiobook perfectly.

Der Autor hat eine sehr klare Vorstellung wie Krafttraining ablaufen sollte und kommentiert alles von seiner Meinung abweichende ziemlich herablassend. Dabei ist er sehr old school eingestellt. So bezeichnet er beispielsweise pflanzliches Eiweiß wie Hanf und Sojaprotein als "third world proteins".
