Es ist ein sehr gutes Buch, weil es viele Geschichten als Beispiele für Erfolg und Misserfolg bringt, die bestimmte Handlungen nach sich ziehen.
Der Autor erklärt, indem er psychologische, historische und pädagogische Aspekte berücksichtigt.
Insbesondere finde ich den Ansatz gut, anders mit Kritik umzugehen und (nicht) zu kritisieren. Jeder, der beruflich mit Menschen zu tun hat - vor allem als Führungspersönlichkeit - sollte sich dieses Buch anhören.

This book is full of very useful information, very well organized in parts and chapters and the stories help the info to stick in. True, most stories have to be put into context of the time it was written.
This is essential stuff for anyone, from the stay-at-home mum to the big corporation boss.
