A protagonist who’s not that young, who is suffering from chronic pain and has a disability, in a science fiction novel. I never dared to dream of a book like this. But here it is! I also like Adjoa Ando, and she’s theoretically a perfect fit for the story - though, unfortunately, she goes a bit overboard in places. But that’s really the only thing I have to complain about.

Well, that was something original and new!
