Very entertaining story and plot, following an interesting set of characters. If anything, the book was almost too short.

If you're familiar with the genre then you'll probably be able to pick up on where the story might be headed. It's no worse for that - there's a certain gleefull anticipation knowing that the other shoe must drop sooner or later. this is a self-contained story, but I think it (much like the Bobby verse) has the potential for a series.
