This book is a game changer when it comes to understanding nutrition! My partner and I have slowly been incorporating different suggestions made in the book. A lot of the changes we've made are as easy as adding shredded flaxseeds to our breakfast. I love that it is scientific and at the same time easy to understand. I will definitely listen to it again, to make sure I didn't miss anything important (it is a lot of information).
