Ein Buch das dem Junior-PM auf mögliche Fallstricke im Projekt hinweisen kann und dem Senior-PM die Bestätigung seiner getroffenen Entscheidungen - bevor die Projektergebnisse vorliegen - bieten kann.

Those were some of the words, I learned from this book.
