There are many books on the subject on the shelves of bookstores. This one, however, is currently the best you can buy in the area of solving challenging problems. Written by ex-McKinsey consultants, you get a guide from practitioners and professionals. However, in addition to the audiobook, I strongly recommend purchasing the printed version, as the logic trees discussed are presented very clearly as the core of the methodology. For German listeners, I can also recommend the version of the book published in German.

you'd better get a copy of the book. otherwise you cannot see all the logic trees and graphical illustrations of the methods presented. that's a big loss.

Nothing worth without buying the book thereafter.
Sorry, but it's not a story you ll hear while falling asleep.
