Not a „typical“ selfhelp book IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE
I’m so thankful that I’ve found this book. I’m really struggling with depression and I’m not the biggest fan of traditional self help books. This one really helped me. The tips are amazing, well explained and they feel manageable even if your really down.
I also love that listening to this book felt more like talking to a friend who’s just a great therapist but not feeling like you’re in a therapy session.
It’s truly amazing and I can’t recommend it enough!
