I listened to this book twice and cant get enough of it and its not the last time. At first I though to by this book in paper form, but then I thought no an audio book would be better bcs I love the voice of jay shetty. He really speaks to my core and motivates me, so when I saw that he is actually reading it, my decision was clear and i dont regret it, best decision ever. ♡

I love the pdf and the times when he says "try this" with practical steps to implement in daily life. I went jogging with this audio book and it helped me to be more conscious after my sport time.

Wenn man seine eigenen Werte kennt, kann man im Außen so viel bewirken und das wiederum bereichert das eigene (Innen-)Leben so sehr! Dieses Buch hat mir wieder ein Stück weit mehr dazu verholfen, mir über meine ganz eigenen Werte klar zu werden. Absolute Empfehlung ❤️

Sehr angenehm zuzuhören. Sehr viele Aha-Momente, Anregungen, Eye-opener, swge viel was zum nachdenken und hinterfragen anregt. Werde sein zweites Buch auch anhören.
