I loved the characters, but I am used to this by this author! The story was a little bit hard to follow because the scenes and people change a lot, though the story is something new at least and the scenes all come together at last! It is a masterpiece, but I'm not used any less of this author. Very nice story! I also loved the other books of this series and this here was not even the best one of them.

Die Geschichte hat mir gut gefallen. Allerdings fand ich die verschiedenen Ebenen schwer nachvollziehbar. Wahrscheinlich ist es doch besser, dieses Buch zu lesen, dann kann man ggf. mal zurück blättern...
Außerdem war ich etwas enttäuscht darüber, dass Joe O‘Laughlin hier nur eine kleine Nebenrolle spielt, weil ich eigentlich wissen wollte, wie es nach dem vorherigen Buch mit Joe und Julianne weitergeht...
Trotzdem eine sehr spannende Geschichte!

It's a bit disappointing that Joe O'Laughlin only seems to appear as a side character. I love his character and I missed him in this book.
The narrater is very good either. It's okay when he reads dialogs but the narration otherwise is very flat and not comparable to Roger Glenister's narration. It's a real pity they changed it.
