I liked that the main character is portrayed with dementia. It is not as such important to the plot, but I haver rarely read books where characters suffer from dementia, unless that is the main topic.
I found the sound effects a bit annoying, I would rather not have. Small music breaks between chapters, snips of doors slamming og phones ringing- it did not add anything for me.

Geschichte wird spannend erzählt und sie ist gut verständlich. Auch die verschiedenen Stimmen zu den Charakteren ist mal etwas anderes. Mit den Geräuschen und den verschiedenen Charakter stimmen, ist es fast ein Hörspiel. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Great Storyline! Multiple suspects, eerie feeling, highlighting life with dementia and adoption. I liked the pace of the story evolving and how family ties uncover.
