The Other Wife was my first book by Michael Robotham. I was much impressed by the psychological depth of his characters, the original plot and how believable and plausible he could make the extraordinary situation of the story.
I listened to the entire book in one go and then downloaded all the other Joseph O'Loughlin books in the correct sequence and went through them in record time. I expected some repetition as most series fall prey to but I was captivated by every book. Robotham actually uses certain kinds of criminals again and again in his plots but the stories do not feel alike, they are gripping and surprising. His narrative skills and his style put his books into the premier league of crime fiction.
Right now I am going through his stand-alone books.
I will definitely read/listen to all his future books.
