It's rather annoying how many times the author congratulates the reader for reading his book, as if the reader is barely capable of going through a book.
The information is good, but can very easily be summarized on a few pages. Lots of filler to get to the length of a book.
It's a bit hard to see the author as someone who is seriously trying to get people to stop scrolling through short video content on social media since the author makes short video content and seems to be addicted to checking how many views and likes his short video content is getting.
The information is good, but nothing new.
The author reads the book with an unusual degree of enthusiasm which some readers may enjoy and some will find irritating.
