This is how it all began. An irreteable thief that stabs first and doesn't ask questions later is paired up with a mercenary who doesn't like killing people. Mayhem ensues.
The book is fast paced, entertaining and lighthearted. It's an escape from reality. It's not deep, it's not epic but it's a great story anyways

I've been waiting for this

Great story about how royce and hadrian met. While chronicles is not comparable to the grandure, twists and turns in revelations so far, this is a fun book, especially if you already like the main characters. The character development is well written and believable.

I would recommend reading revelations before starting on chronicles.
