This story is a mess.

The ppl in the story are idiots, the story has the very annying cliché of ppl hinting at things instead of telling them even though it makes no sense to not just tell them, the power of important ppl fluctuates very much depending on how strong the story needs them to be, the story has the manga disease of ppl just watching other ppl monolog or show off while in battle.
