The dynamic between Maddy and Kain was even more gripping in this book! The tension, the slow-burning romance, and their undeniable chemistry had me glued to the pages. I also really enjoyed the deeper exploration of the world and its magic—especially the way the Norse mythology elements were woven in so seamlessly.
The stakes were higher, the twists were unexpected, and the emotional moments hit hard. I couldn’t stop reading and was completely immersed in the story.
