The story isn't bad, it also isn't to quick, the story has time to become good, but like a lot academy storys there is stupid bullying involved. No one questions anything

First of all it was so good that I listened to it twice in a row! The speakers: Ketchum/King as always a bliss. If you like ACOTAR, Fourth Wing etc. you are 100% right here…and there’s a cherry on top: the plot is less predictable. Your brain is constantly working trying to predict, sometimes you get frustrated because the author does not choose the obvious plot. There are only two things I don’t like as much…the love story’s are a bit forced/ too fast/ flat because this is a multiple-male-one-female plot and due to this you really have to wait until some parts of the plot are developing…but the overall plot and world building chancel this out. I am already finished with book two…so I have my favourites and I am sitting on the edge because I can’t wait how the Facility/Syria, Gadriel/ Creed/ Micai and what the deal with Micai is plays out. And have I mentioned how empowering this broken heroine Micai is…hell I want to stand up for myself to my personal Syria. So if you like a plot that keeps you on the edge, multiple male one female love story, some spice and an empowering broken heroin…this is an absolute recommend!

Love this book so much. I was i huge dan when the book just came out, I love each character in it. I really love how strong the fml is even trough all the pain she had to suffer!!
Tis book is one of my favorite one & was so happy when the author announce that the audio book would be releast 😊😊

I ate the story up like cookies! Waiting desperatly for the third part of the book and the second part of the audio. The slow pace in the first book is a little annoying, but that is personal taste.

The narrators are good, not perfect. I couldn´t understand a few sentenses at the beginning from Corvin King and Desireé Ketchum don´t allways gets the vibe right, but again, personal taste.

Fightingseneces are precise and I love the music-part.

Schade, meiner Meinung nach ist das hier eine verpasste Chance. Die Geschichte hätte so viel reicher an Gefühlen, Herzschmerz und Liebe sein können. Dazu innere Konflikte weil sie zu den anderen ML Gefühlen entwickelt und die sich auf ihre eigene Art und Weise bemühen den FL für sich zu gewinnen.
Nach all dem was der FL durch gemacht hat, verstehe ich nicht warum nicht mehr Kraft auf die Suche nach ihrem Made gelegt wird. Gerade weil sie gemeinsam so viel durch gemacht haben. Stattdessen wirkt es wie ein neben Produkt und sie macht was sie gerade will...

Es ist spannend und wird nicht langweilig aber irgend wie habe ich mir mehr gewünscht. Für mich wirkt es oberflächlich mit zu viel Fokus das es zügig ein RH wird 🤷‍♀️
