This woman has done the work. She has - more than anything - observed what was, as well as what is - and has written a sort of „Back into the Future“ manual that - if followed - will guide fragmented bodies back into unison.
Coming from a 30-year yoga teaching „career“, I thought I‘d learn completely new „things“ but found myself happily realizing that I already facilitate not exercising, but instead experiencing the body. And by doing so incrementally rebuilding it into a stronger, as well as more agile, mobile „model“. Good word 😃!
I not only love Katy Bowman‘s natural style of writing but also her super visual story telling. She makes this book - beyond being eye-opening and consciousness-raising - a super entertaining and FUN „read“.
I highly recommend it. Don‘t miss the fun at the very end ; ).
