too mach Frank... a little too less romantic... and one of the beste third books of a series I've heard so far

the basic story is nice and dynamic; the characters are well.crafted (if not too original) and develop interestingly thoughout the story.
the magic system is diverse and interesting - i'd like to play this game, too :)
the dialogues are loads of fun and the narrator does a great job.

Plot is a bit week, mostly game mechanics and MMORP slang. I would hope the next time more real content, but fun to listen, especially the nagging of Frank and House just kills it all.

This is a star in the vast and often cold and dark litrog heaven. Relatable characters, no powercreep and believable solutions to problems that feel real and authentic.

If you ever wanted to read how someone would play the mmorpg of your dreams, this is it. Added bonus: cats and pop culture jokes.

If you want realism and a grim, Nordic noir story where people frown a lot and everyone is sad. While the stakes feel real and the characters are believably invested, it's still a game.
